General Terms and Conditions for Online Training and Coaching Services
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all transactions made through Preoka Ltd's website. By placing an order or using our services, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms. Preoka Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with the applicable Terms being those in effect at the time of your order.

Services Offered by Preoka Ltd
Preoka Ltd specialises in online training and coaching services, offering self-paced online training programs, downloadable training materials (PDFs, videos, audio), live coaching sessions via video conference, group coaching and workshops, and corporate training services (upon quotation). Access and Usage of Our Services
Access to online training and coaching is provided immediately after payment confirmation for digital content and according to scheduled dates for live sessions. Access is granted through secure login credentials or direct links delivered by email. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate equipment, internet access, and software to access the services. Preoka Ltd is not responsible for technical problems on the user’s side.

Pricing and Payment Information
Prices are listed in euros (EUR) or Bulgarian leva (BGN), including or excluding VAT as indicated. Preoka Ltd is subject to Bulgarian VAT regulations, and any applicable taxes are detailed on the order summary before payment. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, with accepted methods including credit/debit cards (via Stripe) and other methods indicated on our website. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers, and Preoka Ltd does not store payment card information.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Under EU consumer law, digital content not supplied on a physical medium is not eligible for withdrawal once download or streaming has begun with the user’s consent. By purchasing any digital service, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once access is granted. Refunds are not granted except in cases of proven technical error attributable to Preoka Ltd or if a service is canceled by the provider. Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase to: support@yourdomain.com.

Cancellation and Rescheduling of Coaching Services
For live coaching sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable. Preoka Ltd reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances. For group workshops, dates and participation rules are communicated upon registration.

Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided by Preoka Ltd, including training modules, audio, video, written materials, and logos, are protected by intellectual property laws. Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the content strictly for private, educational purposes. Sharing, reselling, reproducing, or distributing content without written permission, recording live coaching sessions, or using the company’s brand for commercial purposes without consent is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.

Customer Obligations
As a customer, you agree to provide accurate personal and billing information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, use services in compliance with the law and good faith, and respect the instructor(s), group participants, and the learning environment. Abusive behavior may result in service suspension without refund.

Liability and Warranty Disclaimer
Preoka Ltd provides its services "as is", without warranty of results, and is not liable for your personal success or failure, business or career outcomes, or interruptions due to force majeure. The provider’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Personal Data Protection
Preoka Ltd complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All personal data collected is used strictly for service delivery, billing, and legal compliance.
